Brother of Morad Bahramian, who was killed during the 2022 protests in Semirom. Mehran was arrested while commemorating his brother's death and executed on false charges. His brother Fazel remains under death sentence.

A young man with mental health issues who was executed for allegedly running over a police officer during protests, despite serious doubts about the evidence.

A 23-year-old who participated in the Woman Life Freedom protests despite suffering from bipolar disorder since age 15. He was under psychiatric supervision and protected by international law prohibiting execution of those with mental disabilities.
